We typically request that our clients' media invoices come to The Media Team so we can audit them for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before providing them to the client. We are a full disclosure agency, so clients receive the actual invoices from the media suppliers.

As we audit invoices, we are matching what ran to what we ordered to make sure contracts were followed. In addition, for television invoices, we enter exact spot times and costs into our spot buying software so we can provide an accurate post analysis once the most recent Nielsen rating books are available.
